Returns Policy

At Greenwood & Co we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We take great pride in our reputation for quality and service and we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us.

We check our jewellery and gift items scrupulously before we send them out.

If for, whatever reason, however, you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the product to us in its original condition. You may do this within 7 days of receipt. This applies to all of our products except for earrings and customised or commissioned items. We will not be obliged to accept the return of any goods at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Refunds can only be given on items received by us. We will not accept any responsibility for the loss and/or damage of items in transit. The safe return of goods is the customers' responsibility – please use Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

If the items returned are in perfect condition with the original packaging and invoice we will issue a full refund. All refunds will be issued by the same payment method as was originally used to pay for the items. Please note that we are only able to process returns and refunds when dealing with the original purchaser of the goods.
